Boiler Servicing
Every boiler service is carried out by a fully qualified and Gas Safe registered engineer. All boiler services include:

A thorough inspection of all the main boiler components (heat exchanger, main injector, burner, seals, ignition electrodes etc)

Cleaning of any boiler parts if necessary

Identification of any faults

Ensuring all flue terminals are unobstructed and internal flue components are sealed properly

Combustion analysis to confirm appliance is performing according to manufacturers' requirements

Where necesarry - adjustment of the gas valve to ensure that the burner is combusting efficiently

A gas tightness test to ensure there are no gas leaks present on the installation

A detailed boiler maintenance and service report
