Every boiler service is carried out by a fully qualified and Gas Safe registered engineer. All boiler services include:

A thorough inspection of all the main boiler components (heat exchanger, main injector, burner, seals, ignition electrodes etc.).
Cleaning of any boiler parts as necessary.
Identification of any faults.
Ensuring the flue terminal is unobstructed and internal flue components are sealed properly.
Combustion analysis to confirm appliance is performing according to manufacturers' requirements.
A detailed boiler maintenance and service report.
